The Finance Committee meets each month to review the financial status of the Association and provides reports and recommendations to the Board of Directors. In addition, the Committee works closely with staff to monitor and track budget implementation. Each year, the Finance Committee reviews the draft budget developed by staff and provides a recommendation to the Board of Directors. The Committee also assists the Board of Directors with the development of financial policies for the Association and makes recommendations regarding assessments, fees, and banking.
The Finance Committee meets on the Third Tuesday of the month at 6:00 p.m. in the Activities Center Conference Room. Member voice is held at the start of the meeting and all members are welcome to stay and observe the remainder of the meeting.
